At a primarily White high school, a White senior girl wrongly accuses a Black freshman boy of stealing her backpack. The incident is filmed and the story goes viral. The reactions threaten to define the rest of their lives.

Can an apology ever be enough? Can we maintain our sense of self in a world determined to define us by one moment? Or one video? Or the color of our skin?
